Accreditation

Many occupational areas have certification programs which include continuing education requirements once you are working in the field. Programs of instruction must also be accredited for the training to be recognized. So an important consideration in selecting a program of instruction is to verify that the selected program is accredited by the appropriate certification agency.

Once you have selected a career field, you will want to investigate the accreditation process so you will meet requirements as you obtain your education.
